WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Roof:
Inspecting the sealants that have been applied to the roof. Identifying areas of concern and potential water intrusion points.
Sidewall and Endcaps:
Evaluating the aging and general overall condition of the front and rear caps.
Awnings:
Evaluating and rating the condition of the awning frames and fabric material of the awnings.
Chassis Turn Signal and Running lights:
Inspecting the 7 pin connector.
120 Volt AC Electrical System:
Identifying any damage of or repair of the power cord. Identifying and listing any heat discoloration to the wiring and connections.
Generator-Engine:
If installed, it is strongly recommended to perform an oil analysis to determine internal combustion component condition. Testing the voltage output and frequency. Putting the generator under a load to verify operation effectiveness.
Generator Radiator:
If installed, it is strongly recommend to perform a coolant analysis to determine the condition of the coolant fluid.
Fresh Water System:
Visually inspecting the water filtration system for leaks and filter placement.
Waste Water:
Identifying the type of drain controls and ease of operation.
Refrigerator:
Testing for interior temperature of upper and lower compartments and ice maker (if installed). The refrigerator needs to have been operating for at least 12 hours.
Furnace:
Doing a velocity test and temperature evaluation. Monitoring for unusual noise or vibration of the blower motor.
Cooktop Stove:
Verifying and inspecting the ignition and operation of all top burners.
Air Conditioners:
Performing a Delta T and volume test on each unit. Inspecting the air filter and exhaust coils for debris and cleanliness.
Interior Conditions and Appearance:
Evaluating window coverings. Looking for moisture in entryway, front of kitchen area and bathroom.
Shower/Tub Enclosure:
Inspecting and evaluating stains and chemical buildup.
Engine:
It is strongly recommended to perform an oil analysis to determine the condition of the internal combustion engine. Inspecting for noticeable oil and/or exhaust leaks.
Radiator:
It is strongly recommended to perform a coolant analysis to determine the condition of the coolant.
Transmission:
It is strongly recommended to perform a transmission fluid analysis to determine the condition of the fluid and internal components for contamination.
Running Gear:
Inspecting and rating tire tread and born on date for potential problems.
